It is 2011, and the wizarding world is very much the same as it was four years ago. The Death Eaters have retreated to the shadows, and the Order can finally relax - the threat of Voldemort has passed and the future seems brighter than it ever did. However, a storm looms on the horizon.
With the the Death Eaters hiding in the shadows- comes the Relinqua, an equal and opposite force of magic. This cult of witches and wizards are all either half-bloods or muggle borns, and they're not happy. These people are obsessed with being the top of the food-chain, and will destroy anyone who stands in their way - including other muggle-borns and half-bloods.
As the Order slowly fades into the background, it gives rise for another less know group to come into the public eye - the Altari. These people are very different, they're not crazy over blood-type and instead trying to break down the barriers of blood type and inheritance. However, these two groups are causing wars within the Ministry, and within the school. Not only are there children of Death Eaters and Order Members fighting each other, but the children of Relinqua and Altari are fighting too.
Hogwarts is not as safe as it once was if you're parents are a member of one of the four groups - it's only if you're neutral that the warring has no repercussions upon you. Even school rules have changed - punshments are more severe, and other rules are more strict now. The school has become more like a prison than a school.
